You'll need

For 1 serving

  • 1/2 apple in pieces
  • 200 milliliters almond milk, unsweetened
  • pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 1 scoop Pure Whey Protein Vanilla
  • a few almond slices


What else you need

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • blender or mixer
  • saucepan
  • glass

How to prepare a Warm Apple Pie Smoothie

  1. Peel the apple, halve it, and cut it into small cubes.
  2. Add the apple, oatmeal, cinnamon, nutmeg and Pure Whey Protein to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat on low heat. Stir well and regularly and do not let it simmer
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with almond shavings. Enjoy this heartwarming treat!

Apple pie is delicious either warm or cold. So is this apple pie smoothie. Instead of heating the smoothie, you can add a few ice cubes. That way, you still have the delightful taste of apple pie, but in a refreshing version.
